  • STEP 5: Type “tzutil /g” and then press Enter to confirm your time zone changing to that of Vladivostok Standard Time.

Change time zone in Windows 10 using PowerShell

PowerShell is another possible method to change the system clock in Microsoft Windows 10. Follow these steps to do that on your Windows 10 computer;

  • STEP 1: Press the Windows icon and enter “PowerShell” in the search box;
